Magnanum Protocol – Official Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or participating in the Magniton Hash Telegram Mini App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older.
- One Telegram account per participant.
- No bots, automation, click-farms, or multi-accounts.
- Not available in restricted jurisdictions.
Violations result in permanent suspension and loss of rewards.
3. One-Account Policy
You agree not to create multiple accounts, use device emulators, or manipulate identity. Only one Telegram and one X (Twitter) account may be linked per user.
4. Rewards & Earnings
Rewards are issued in $MGN tokens based on user activity:
- Daily mining sessions
- Task completion
- Referrals
- Performance-based ad revenue
All rewards are effort-based. No gambling or chance elements are involved.
Earned rewards may reach up to the equivalent of $30,000 during the campaign period.
5. Token Disclaimer
$MGN is a utility reward token, not a financial investment. Magnanum does not guarantee price, profits, or token value stability.
6. KYC Verification
KYC is required for all withdrawals. Fraudulent KYC attempts result in permanent suspension. Third-party verification partners may be used.
7. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are permitted to any TON wallet after KYC approval. Magnanum is not responsible for incorrect wallet entries, network delays, or irreversible blockchain transfers.
8. Taxes & Compliance
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes related to digital assets in your jurisdiction.
9. Prohibited Activities
- Botting or automation
- Multi-account farming
- Referral manipulation
- Bug exploitation or hacking attempts
- Fraudulent KYC submissions
Such behavior will result in immediate termination of access.
10. Campaign Duration
The campaign runs for 7 days from global launch. Early users may receive special reward multipliers.
11. Referral Program
Referral rewards only apply when the referred user is legitimate, active, and passes required verification checks.
12. Data Privacy
We only collect data necessary for platform operation: Telegram ID, profile info, wallet address, and anti-fraud device checks. We do not sell user data.
13. Limited Liability
Magnanum is not responsible for blockchain issues, wallet loss, market volatility, or failures caused by Telegram outages or user errors.
14. No Affiliation with Telegram or X
This program is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram or X (Twitter).
15. Amendments
Magnanum reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use signifies acceptance of updates.
